We offer an initial interior design consultation free of charge to discuss your requirements. We shall then submit a estimate in order to create a budget. Our design interior deign service is split into 2 stages:

1. DESIGN PROPOSALS
A flat fee is charged for each room and includes:

• Design Boards fully annotated to coordinte all visual elements such as fabrics, paint and wallpaper suggestions, light fittings, flooring, furniture and drawings.
• Acquisition of samples and brochures
• Design Specification referencing of all products sourced and quotes as agreed.

Interior design flat fees start at Ł150 per room, and will vary according to the brief. Should we carry out the supply of the products the design fee will be re-funded.

2. SUPPLY
All products sourced and supplied by Thomas & Thomas and Tudor House Interiors such as wallpaper, fabrics, furniture, lighting, accessories, flooring, etc. are offered at competitive retail prices. These will be fully itemised on the invoice for which deposit payment of 50% is required: (depending upon the size of the project). A further interim payment is required with the balance to be settled on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
